Scrapbooking on Canvas

Some people call this Wall Art or Scrapbooking on Canvas. I used an artist canvas. The size that I used is 8 x 10. I first painted the canvas with acrylic paint. I applied mod podge for a sealer.
I then applied my paper and pictures with mod podge. After I applied all papers and pictures I then put another layer of mod podge all over the entire canvas.
(On the Mia canvas I did not put mod podge on the picture)
The flower on Mia's canvas is made from canvas material. I used the Tim Holtz flower die and I painted it with acrylic paint. I also covered that with mod podge.
Ezekiel and Mia are my little sweet grandkids.

Kai's Baptism

Kai and Grandpa
Jon, Marshall, Sarai, Tyler, Jamie, Brandon, Kai, Aubrey, Grandma, Grandpa.
Dottie, Steven, Kylie and Kaylin.

We were lucky enough to attend our grandson Kai's Baptism last week. I can't believe he is 8 years old already! Slow down time! My husband (Kai's grandpa) had the opportunity to baptize Kai. It was a beautiful day celebrating his baptism with family. I am so proud of him. He is such a sweet boy!

Tyler's Update

Just a little update about Tyler. He is such a fun little guy. His health is doing as well as can be expected. His limbs are a little blue, that is from growing and his heart is working a little harder. He seems to have grumpy days. It's so darn hard because he can't tell anybody how he is feeling. Jamie said she expects to have his third surgery early next year. We hope that is the case anyways. He will see the cardiologist in November, I think it's November. They will know more then. We feel blessed that we were able to spend time with him and his family this summer.
