Two More Cards To Share

On the pink card the flowers were pretty simply to make. Just punch and layer. I did curl them.

Friday Highlight: Paper Bag Mini Album Tutorial

This is a Fantastic paper bag album. The best I've ever seen. I like this because of the canvas cover. The canvas makes it a much more durable paper bag album.

Ezekiel and Mia, Our Blessings

I am not shy to say that I have the cutest grandkids! Ezekiel and Mia are the sweetest ever. Thanks April for giving us these two little monkeys. They are a great blessing to our family!

Valentines Day Cards

The Stamps that I used on this card is from Stampin Up! and Studio G. I just love the Tim Holtz tiny stapler. The staples are sooo small and I think they are really cute. I used Bic Markers to color the hearts in.

This card is actually RED. For some reason I couldn't get the color right. I will have to ask my husband to help me get the color right in photoshop. The love and the hearts are felt from Fancy Pants. I used a white ink pad for the flourish.

Gifts From My Daughter

For Christmas my daughter April made me a purse and a makeup bag. I LOVE handmade gifts! April JUST started sewing and I can't believe what she can just whip up. I just loved her gifts that she gave me for Christmas. I saw these cute aprons that someone had for sale on their blog, April is now going to make me one. She is such a creative girl!!!

Unpacking

Well, I am almost done unpacking my house. We have been in our house for almost 3 weeks now. The only thing left to unpack is my craft room. I am very excited to have a craft room again, so hopefully I can start posting crafty things real soon.
We had a great Christmas with our family. Marshall and Sarai and the kids were down. Jamie And Jon and the kids came down after Christmas for a week. I just love it when my family comes to visit. April and Chris and the kids are going to try and come in February. That is something to look forward to!
I am so glad 2009 is over, it has been a tough year. I look forward to 2010, especially now that we are in OUR home.
