Valentines Day Card

The paper that I used on this card is from the K and Company collection. I really like this paper. It is good quality paper. The stamped hearts are from the Studio G collection. I distressed the red paper with the edge of my scissors then inked the edges. Cherish is a rub-on. For the corners I used my Making Memories slot tool. Then I added pop dots for dimension.

Grommet Card

The paper I used for this card is Crate Paper. Good paper, it's more like cardstock.
I hand cut some of the circles from the pattern paper then I inked the edges. The silver rings are grommets. I did not have a grommet setter so I laid the grommet on the paper and the paper on some foam. I pushed the grommet into the paper then turned it over and with the tips of my scissors I bent the prongs down. I did the same thing with the flowers. The stamp is SU. Flowers are Prima flowers. Brads where added inside the grommets. As you can see from the side view I added pop dots to make it more dimensional.

Layered Card

On this card I used Heidi Grace clear stamps. Lots of layers, inked edges and brads.

DaisyD's Card

Lots of layering on this card. The paper is from DaisyD's collection. I added inking on the pedals of the flower. The flower is a die cut from DaisyD's. I added a circle punch in the center part of the flower.

Boho Birthday Album

I made this birthday list album out of the Boho collection. I attached it to a acrylic magnet frame. I wanted something sturdy to attach to the frig and this worked out really good. The wording on the front cover are rub-ons from MM. For the ribbon I put it between the acrylic frame. I put extra strips of magnet on the back so it will be sturdy for the extra weight I added to the frame.
I took the front cover off so you could see the inside and how it was all attached together. I used a prong clip that you can get at any office supply store. The months are also rub-ons from CK.
The acrylic frame is 3 1/2 x 5 inches. What I did was cut a 10 x 7 piece of cardstock and scored in the middle and folded it in half. I added a few extra flowers just for looks. I put some adhesive on the back of the cardstock to hold in the frame. Then I inserted between the frame.
You can see how I put the prong in. I attached it going through the back side. But when you flip the paper down it will be right side up and then you can attach all 12 months.

Bouquet of Flowers

On this card I used a hand punch for the flowers. I inked the edges of the petals. I inserted ribbon for the leaves. For the square I used a cuttlebug embossing folder.

My Daughters

This is a layout I did when I was on the DT for our LSS. It was always a challenge because they gave me kits I would normally not pick. But It was also a lot of fun and I enjoyed the challenge. The Store closed last year and I miss all the fun. We only have the chain stores here were I live. It's just not the same.

Coaster Album

This is from a Creative Keepsakes Coaster Album Kit my mother gave me. There is a coaster layout for each month of the year. You display each month on an easel and then when that month has past you put it in an album and then you have that to look at and to pass down. This is really a cute idea. This is my daughter April and her son Ezekiel.

Bohemia Card

"My Mind's Eye" has fantastic paper. This is called "Bohemia". This style has become real popular. I've seen a lot of this style in the new stampin up catalog and I think this has become my favorite. I added a brad and a prima flower to the card.
I attached the ribbon with one of those office supply prong fasteners.

What a funny boy Ezekiel is. He is such a happy little guy.

Lots of circles in this layout. I used my Creative Memories circle cutting system.

I did lots of paper piercing on the edges of the circles.

Cuttlebug Flower Card

I made this card using the flower Cutttlebug embossing folder. I cut the flowers out then matted them on a white background. I used Art Warehouse stamps in the center of the flower.
I did a little bit of sanding on the flowers to make them pop out a little.
