Poor choices led to preventable problems for one teen. There’s a way out.

I thought it would be fun to make a card for a little girl. I found this stamp at Big Lots for $4.00. It's made by Me & My Big Ideas.
I sure miss my grandkids. My daughter Jamie had this on her blog and I stole it to show off my beautiful grandkids. From left to right....Kylie, Brandon, Steven and Kaylin. What a cute bunch!

Remember the old fancy scissors? Well I dug out my scalloped scissors and made this flower for my card. I TRACED (not cut) four circles all different sizes using my Creative Memories circle cutting system. Then, using my fancy scalloped scissors I cut them out on the traced line. After that I cut each scallop about half an inch towards the center of the circle. Layered them together, curled them slightly on the ends then added a brad.
I used my cuttlebug embossing folder for the brown cardstock background.

On this card I used my Cuttlebug Dots on the background and on the bottom layer blue flower. I also used my Scor-it. It's new what can I say. I like to use it Ü I used chipboard and slightly distressed the edges and ink the edges with a brown ink spot.
Well, I am finally back from Utah. I had a great visit with my children and grandchildren.
This is another class I am going to teach at church. It is a gift for Mothers Day. I filled it with 12 Reeses. Punched round circles and then punched the small brown flowers. I then added silver small brads added adhesive to the back of the circle and attached to the candy. Very simple and it makes a nice gift.
I just had to share this page my daughter April made. She did a beautiful page layout about her sweet daughter Mia. I guess you could say I am a proud mama!
