Canada Layout

I just love this paper that I bought at a scrapbook convention. It was perfect for my husbands trip that he went on with his brother and sisters. This was the Canada side of Niagara Falls.

I stamped the lines with the journal stamp from Stampin Up.

Ezekiel Just Turned "3"

Friday Highlight

What is Friday Highlight? There are so many creative people that share there tips, tutorials, ideas and all kinds of fun things to see and learn. I thought it would be fun to share all the neat things that I find. I will post every Friday things that I think are interesting. It could be organization tips, tool tips, creations, YouTube. If it has to do with crafting I will be posting. So I hope you will check on Fridays to see if there is anything that might peak your interest. I just loved the tag idea that I posted below. That is what got me thinking about doing this. I posted this tag idea on another board and people really liked the idea. I will always give the credit to the creator of the idea and a link from where I got the idea.

Cuttlebug Tags

Here is a great Idea I found on a blog. Tracy Pounds embossed all her embossing folders onto tags. What a fantastic idea. Now you can have this on your desk and it's right in view for inspiration, no need to get all those folders out. When I make these tags I am going to put the name of the folder on the back of the tag. Cool idea, thanks Tracy!

Jamie and the Girls visit

Jamie came down for a visit with Kylie and Kaylin. We had so much fun with those sweet little girls! Jamie wanted to make a visit before she gave birth to Tyler. She knows it will be awhile before she will be able to travel.
I just love it when my kids come down for a visit. The goodbyes are the hardest!

Our House in Utah

Are we ready for this? I don't know. When I think about shoveling this driveway I think more and more about the California weather we enjoy. This snow is so deep you can't even tell how steep the driveway is. We'll have to hire the grandkids to come over and shovel the driveway for us when we move there! As of now, Marshall our son, gets to do the shoveling!

Baby Girl Card

I got this idea from scrapbook trends. This would be a cute card to have for a baby shower or for baby invitations. Even a First Birthday. Super easy. I will include the link for the template.

Hip Hip Hooray Card

I finally got my craft room set up. After Christmas, New Years and moving, it took me awhile to get started on this task.

My grandson Steven is turning 6 in a few days, so I made him this birthday card.

The hippo stamp is from a set from Hero Arts. I used colored pencils with gamasol. I added eyelets on every other hole on the scallop punch. The hippos are 3-D. I used 6 images one for the bottom and one for the top with foam in between. You can tell on the side view picture. And of course I inked all the edges except for the hippos.
